• Lies vanish when you look at them from an expanded perspective.

• Just because someone says something or you read something on the internet (hear it on the news) does not make it true.

• The truth IS you are an infinite human BEING…much more than you probably think you are right now (in the middle of any stressful situation).

• The more I get in touch with who I really am, the less the day-to-day stressors of life impact me.

• Everything I need or even want, is already inside of me.

• I have a connection to Universal Knowledge, wisdom, consciousness, spirit, source, oneness. We all do. The more we expand, the easier it is to tap into this infinite possibility.

• I always figure things out.

Rigged

It IS Rigged For YOU.


• Everything works out perfectly for me.

• Making something infinite, exposes what is REAL and what I am making stressful.

• Considering something as if it were the end of the world, for example…shows me that this is a lie. The world is obviously still here. I am still here. So, whatever is bothering me is most assuredly a lie.

• Lies and truth are both relative to me.

• Only I can determine what is a lie and what is my truth.

• The things and people around me may try to influence my definition of truth and real, but I get the final say.

• I do not have to let a lie impact me.

• Return (the lie) to sender! Even if the address (source of the lie) is unknown.

• One person’s lie, may be another’s truth.

• As an infinite BEING (truth), everything and anything that happens outside of ME (in this lifetime) is just an energetic exchange and experience…from the infinite perspective, it has little or no meaning (is a lie)…

• The vast majority of what we believe to be truth or reality, is actually a lie (for us).

• Everything is made up, so make up things that support you.

• Lies make you feel heavier. The truth makes you feel lighter.

• If something or someone makes you feel heavier (stress is heavy)…it is a LIE!!!

Light

It IS All About The Light. You BE The Light.


• Let go of the lies (heaviness ) in your life.

• Lighten UP!

Make It Infinite

• Think about one thing that is stressing you out now.

• Got it?

• Close your eyes and imagine it getting bigger and bigger and bigger.

• See it as being infinite. .

Note that, the worst case scenario your mind can come up with is way smaller than infinite.

95% of the things we worry about, never happen.

• Keep ‘blowing’ the stressor up…until you feel the lie fall away and the truth reveal itself.

Continue until you feel lighter.

• You will actually FEEL a sense of relief or peace…how you experience that is a little different for each of us, but YOU will know when you get there.

• What is the lie?

• What is the truth?

• How does doing this, change how you deal with the stressor?

• Does it open up more options for you?

Truth

Know the truth…


How about a little example?

I got divorced and am in the process of disposing of assets with my ex-husband.

This alone, would stress out many people.

One property we are selling, houses my manufacturing business and a sports bar (which we are supposed to be partners in with another person).

There was a very unpleasant interchange (yes, I called the police) with this person.

After several nights of lost sleep, many walks, and multiple discussions with attorneys, I needed to try a bit more stress busting on the situation.

So, I sat down in a comfy chair in my living room for a little quiet reflection and to do this ‘make it infinite’ exercise.

As I looked at the entire thing from a larger and larger perspective, the lies fell away (along with my stress) and the truth was revealed to me.

I do not have to take on any of this person’s toxicity. All the negativity belongs to this person…not to me at all. I am returning it to sender. (I already did.)

That ‘s all I am going to say about that!

I am Energy

I Have Infinite Energy


Try this.

I have personally used it on relationships (remember the divorce), challenges at work and in my business, handling my kids, dealing with other family members, coping with loss of loved ones (my dad especially), losing job(s), and all manner of the stressors of living.

I know it can help you too.

• Influence is often a reflection of a person’s self-image or self-worth.

• Confidence, belief in oneself, increases influence.

• Authentic, sincere, honest people are considered good influencers.

• Influence, like most things, can be considered good or bad.

• Manipulators, cheaters, harassers, and bullies are influencers, but not the kind most folks admire.

• Some days (some times of day) I feel more influential than others.

• How does ‘how I feel’ impact influence? Mine? The ability of other people and things to influence me?

• Influence is power.

• Power is influential.

• I can use my influence for good or evil. The choice is always mine.

• No one has the ability to influence me, unless I allow it.

I had a particularly stressful day yesterday, so I picked three cards. There is no rule that says I can only pick one. Some days (the more stressful ones) I pick and read an entire deck!

• Everyone gets exactly what he/she thinks, feels, vibrates, expects or believes!
Choose Throughts
• We are all creators. We make our lives whatever we choose them to be, with the help of the Universe.

• What we ‘get’ is a direct result of what we think, feel, vibrate, expect and believe.

• Believe it to achieve it.

• Everything in my life comes from within me.

• Where do my thoughts come from? Feelings? Beliefs? Expectations? Vibration?

• Everything is energy (vibrating at different rates…including thoughts, feelings and beliefs).

• The easiest and fastest way to change, anything, is to change my thoughts or feelings about it.

• If I do not like a result or something that is happening in my life, I have the power to change it NOW, by choosing a different thought or perspective.

• ‘You get what you expect’ has been one of my favorite sayings for decades (and was probably an important contributor to my divorce).

• You get out of your life, exactly what you put into it…You get out of anything, what you put into it. If you want to get more out of something, put more into it.

• If you like something, you put more of you into it. Take school, for example. If you like school or learning, you put forth much more effort into the experience than if you are telling yourself, “I hate school”. You have the power to choose how you think and feel about school. Whatever you choose, impacts the experience.

• Beliefs are thoughts I think a lot. Thoughts infused with strong emotions/feelings, become beliefs more easily. Be mindful of your thoughts when you are involved in significantly emotional events.

• Damn, I have created some messes for myself (to learn from)!

Attract

Think About What You Wish To Attract


• This is the Law of Attraction. I do not have to even believe it for it to work in my life. The law of attraction is a Universal Law. Universal Laws impact all human beings…whether we know it or not. (If you do not know what all the Universal Laws are, it might be time to look them up.)

• Knowing that I create my reality (life) is both freeing and frightening…because it means I am very powerful AND personally responsible.

• Who am I going to blame, what excuse(s) can I make…if it is all up to me?

• Another part of this, that makes it a bit scary, is that much of what I think, feel, vibrate, expect and believe is sub-conscious and automatic! I am often choosing things on auto-pilot, based on my past experiences, that I may not even be aware of.

Change

I Deserve To THRIVE!


• I want to BE aware of what I want in order to direct my thoughts, feelings, vibrations, expectations and beliefs. That way I am ensuring that the Universe is giving me what I want NOW.

• My ego and mind will keep me listening to my sub-conscious because they want to keep me safe. Since I have successfully lived through 100% of my days so far, they (ego/mind) prefer to work with the sub-conscious and just keep doing what they have always done.

• If I do not like something in my life, I examine my thoughts, feelings, vibrations, expectations and beliefs about it. They are always an exact match to what I get…whether I like it or not. Ouch!

• Change your thinking, change you life!

• Pick one thing that is stressing you out.

• What do you think about this?

• How do you feel about it?

• What do you expect?

• How are you vibrating about it?

• What results (how is this stress showing up in your life)?

• Does what you are experiencing match what you have been thinking, feeling, expecting, vibrating, &/or believing?

Thrive Now

Choose To THRIVE


• Try answering these questions from your Mind’s perspective.

• Then answer them from your Ego’s perspective.

• Finally answer them from you Soul’s perspective (inner being, YOU).

• Does the stress seem different from these different points of view?

• Look at the stressor at various time points and answer the same questions. Past, Present, Future. Do you get different answers based on ‘when’ you are examining the stressor?

• I am not alone (in anything).

• There is an invisible system of support and protection that is always with me.

• Once I make a decision, everything falls into place.

• Choosing sets things in motion.

• In stressful situations, knowing that I have an ‘invisible team of support’, really helps me to feel better and deal with what is going on more effectively.

• We all have this support team. Members vary, based on your beliefs.

• Who is on your ‘Beings of Pure White Light’ support team? Who do you want to be? Just ask.

Light

It IS All About The Light. You BE The Light.


• We are all connected (one)…this is related.

• My support team includes anyone I want (and believe in). My relatives who have transitioned (passed away) before me, all ‘good’ and ‘positive’ Beings, entities that have my highest and greatest good intended at all times, whatever I want (God-however you see the Divine, other human beings, angels, arch angels, wizards, white witches, fairies, sprites…whatever you believe in.)

• Making a move activates your support team.

• Making a move is as easy as making a choice, a decision, picking a perspective…

Attract

Think About What You Wish To Attract


• Just ‘thinking a thing’ can call upon my Team and set things in motion.

• I am the leader (master controller) of my Invisible Support Team. We all work together to create the life I choose.

• NOW, this moment is the only one that counts…it is the only time I can make a move. The past is over and I can not change it (no matter how much I would like to, no matter how much I think about it, no matter what…it just IS what happened. The future has not happened yet and nothing is guaranteed about it…or even that there will be a future moment for me in this life experience. My move must happen in the present moment.

• My live experience is made up of moving moments.

• A move is a choice, a decision, a question (that will always be answered), a change of perspective, a thought, and idea, and action…

Rigged

It IS Rigged For YOU.


• The Universe supports me always.

• Whatever I choose, however I move, the Universe will make sure I get what I ask for.

• My move does not have to be CONSCIOUS…my sub-conscious mind is actually the director.

• Whatever I put out, I get back.

• Watch what you give, for that is what you will receive.

Thrive is Wisdom & Courage

Thrive Gives Me Both…


• Karma…works whether you believe it or not. (It is a Universal Law.)

• I create my reality. My reality is MINE. Nobody and nothing else can choose/create it for me. As much as I may want that to be so, it is not. I am responsible for whatever shows up in my life.

• If my life is not exactly how I want it to be (just look at your results, what is showing up) it is up to me to make a move…change it.

• We can only change our own life experience. Everyone else has to choose and manage their own life experience too.

• My thoughts and opinions about someone else’s life, should NOT have any effect on them. No one else’s thoughts, opinions, actions…should have ANY impact on MY life experience. It only can if I let it. I always have the ability to choose from WITHIN me. I always have the ability to choose my reaction to everything that goes on outside of me. (I did not say this was easy or what I do…just that the option is always available to me.)

Let folks BE

Love Folks As They Are


• The Universe and your Invisible Team, along with your intuition (gut, internal guidance system, knowing) are always sending YOU messages to keep you on your life path…what you came here to do/be/have. When you get off this or behave in ways that are not in alignment with who you really are, the messages/lessons get stronger and stronger until you GET it. (For me, this happens around Labor Day…over decades…because I am not listening and understanding certain things about the choices I have made in the past. (This is too long a story for a blog post, but send me a message if you would like me to share it.) Note: This IS so, whether you believe it or not!

• Action, actually doing something, is the strongest signal to your Team, that you are ready for their help and support.

• Activating my team is a simple as breathing (because I decided that it is my way to connect and get them working on my behalf).

• For most of my life, I did not know I had an invisible support team.

• Just like everything else, your support team comes from within.

• We are all worthy of this team.

You Are ENOUGH…Worthy!!!

Divine Is IN Me


Support Team

Today we are going to look at our support team.

The VISIBLE and the INVISIBLE.

First, we will look at who outside of us is on our support team.

Next we will look at who we WANT to be on our support team.

Then, we will just ASK them to be on the team.

Get a piece of paper. You do not have to, but it does help to write things down.

So often we feel like we have NO support or help in the world.

Putting it on paper can show us that we have a much larger ‘pool’ of options than our mind (ego) will let us see.

Most people are good and kind and want to help/support you in creating the life you want…if they can.

Often when I am stressed about something or someone, I feel all alone. I believe I must figure everything out by myself. I must DO everything myself.

The Universe SUPPORTS me always!

The Universe SUPPORTS me always!


THIS is a lie.

This is a lie my ego/mind tells me to keep me doing the same thing(s) I have always done. Even if they are not in my best interests…my ego wants me to keep doing what has kept me SAFE in the past. This thinking is often NOT the best choice to move my life in the direction I WANT.

1. Pick something that is stressing you out.

2. Ask…who can help me with this?

Who do I know or who does someone I know, know…that has information or experience that I could get some perspective from?

Family?

Friends?

Friends of friends?

Co-workers?

Peers?

Group affiliations?

Social media contacts?

On-line groups?

Local groups, programs, services?

3. List out as many as you can think of (knowing that what you can come up with is just the tip of the iceberg). This is your Physical Support Team.

4. Now, make a list of who you want on your INVISIBLE Support Team.

Whatever YOU believe in (now).

God (the Divine-however you define that)

Angels

Spirits

Ghosts

Relatives, Friends, Famous Folks who have died

Magical Beings of Light (and Love…I like to add that)

5. If anything and everything IS possible…if you believed in everything…who would you ask to be on your support team? You get to decide what ‘Beings of Light’ means to you.

6. Ask them. Ask that ALL Beings of Love & Light join you in creating what you want!

7. Ask your entire team to help you with the thing that is stressing you out.

Go about your day knowing your team has got your back.
