30 Day Stress-Busting Bootcamp Day 6

The first thing we will do every day during this Stress-Busting Bootcamp, is pick a random page from my favorite tool (Flip Book) and use that as our guiding thought for the day. Here is today’s random pick from ‘Flip Book, Your Secret Weapon In A World Gone Wild”.

What does this phrase mean to you?

What could it mean for you?

Jot down what comes to mind immediately.

Perhaps write it on a piece of paper and carry it with you throughout your day. Then as thoughts occur to you, capture them, by writing them down. I do this when I do not have my personal flip book handy. You see, I am always working on a new flip book of my own.

If nothing comes to mind, that is ok too. Just BE with it. Not everything means anything to all of us.

Be Amazing

Let Yourself Be Amazing & THRIVE!

For example: Here are the first things that popped into my mind when I read this today.

• How do I really feel about myself? Do I feel worthy?

• Am I trustworthy? Do I trust others and do they trust me?

• What is success to me? What does it look like? Am I successful? What do I have to do/be/feel to know I am successful?

• How would I rate my level of self-confidence, right now?

• What makes me FEEL worthy? Self-confident? Trusted? Successful? (What are my definitions and rules for each of these things?

• Who can I think of that has the level of these characteristics that I desire for myself? Name at least one person (living or deceased, known personally or just know of) that models these behaviors. For example: I admire several people for their success in business—some of these are famous people that I have never met. I do not know them personally, but I do look up to them and like to use them as models.

• I trust myself to always make the right decision for me. This may not be a popular or correct decision in other people’s minds/opinions/judgements, but that does not matter.

• I trust my children 100%. The more I trust myself, the more I see other people to trust.

• Trust, self-confidence, self-worth and success are tied closely to love, unconditional love.

• The more I love me, the more I find to love in others.

• I decide what worth, confidence, trust and success ARE for me. Only I decide this.

• No one can take away my self-confidence, but me. No one can GIVE me self-confidence, but me.

• I am worthy. I was born worthy…we all are. The world tries to beat this out of many of us. Do not let it. Know that you are perfect, just the way you are!

• We are all a work in progress. As long as we continue to grow and experience life, we are successful.

• Every experience is creating who we are.

• Stress happens when I am not being true to myself.

• This means the more true I am to myself, the more I BE ME, the more aligned with who I really am, the less stress (and more peace) I feel.

• So, my level of stress, is entirely up to me…like everything else. I decide what everything means.


Confidence In YOU!

That’s it.

Write down, note what happens to you. What happens for you. How you feel.

The next thing we will do every day during this Stress-Busting Bootcamp, is DO something for the day.

Today’s Exercise:

Take action…even a tiny step in the right direction means progress…and progress in the right direction, means less stress!

Trust You

I trust Me…


Check to see if your action moved you toward less stress.

• So, what did you do?

• Did it make your stressor number go up or down or not have any impact at all?

• Are you ready to do something else? What could you do next?

• Will you do it?

• If your answer is yes, go do that.

• If your answer is no…your exercise is to ask yourself WHY NOT?

Learning is often a trial and error thing. Do something, see what happens. Try something else, what are the results. If they are moving you toward what you want, do more of that. If not, take a different action. It really can be that simple.
