Today’s Challenge is a little Look Into The Past Exercise…
I learned about it from Louise Hay (yes…I do like her teachings).
Are you ready and willing to figure how and let go of anything that has contributed (and still is contributing) to your chronic pain and health problems?
The first step in releasing chronic pain is to say wo…decide we want to!.
Say, “I am willing to let go of the need in me that has created this chronic pain condition (and whatever the root cause of it is).
I like saying it this way, because I can still decide to release the pain, even if I do not know what the underlying cause of the pain is.
So often, we do not know (or do not have a proper diagnosis) of what is causing the pain.
We just know we hurt like hell and want it to STOP!
Say it when you feel pain (ok, maybe not every time…but you know what I mean.)
We are just going to do a little History Recall.
You may not know all the answers and details…and they are not important.
Just do the best you can.
- List all your mother’s illnesses Did she have chronic pain?:
- List all your father’s illnesses Did he have chronic pain?
- List all your illnesses. I already know you have chronic pain!
- Do you see any connections or correlations?
That is all we need to do for a challenge today.
If you would like Extra Credit, you can do one burpee!
Third: Power Thought Card
“The past is over”
“This is a new day, one that I have never lived before. I stay in the Now and enjoy each and every moment.”
I am doing what I want.
I am doing what I want right now.
Why is it so easy for me to do what I want now (and when I want)?
Fifth: If This Is Your Life, Here Are The Rules Card:
“Outwardly express your acceptance of others.”
Nature Of Infinite Love & Gratitude Card:
“Accepting my Divine perfection is fundamental to exercising my limitless potential as a spiritual being. I am beautiful and capable of greatness.”
What else is possible?
This is one of my favorite questions!
Seventh: Today’s Share Challenge
Share in the comments below today’s Facebook Live video. How long have you had chronic pain?
You can just put an amount of time or elaborate if you like.
That’s it for today.
Chronic Pain may be a part of your life, but it does not have to be your life.
See You Tomorrow,
P.S. Don’t forget to share today!
There is so much we can learn from each other.
