Today I want to share some notes and highlights from a documentary film I watched over the weekend.

It is called E*Motion 2.0.

I believe that this means there is a first version, and I have probably seen it, but don’t have a specific recollection or memory of it.

Might be just another one of those things that I have adopted and made my own…a part of my Being and ‘just how I operate’ these days.

I will admit that one of the reasons I enjoyed this movie so much (and took notes, lots of notes) is because I was thinking of YOU.

It reinforces many of the things I have been sharing (ah, that is why I like it so much…it thinks and believes like I do…and we all like things that agree with us).

So what are some of those key thoughts, ideas and things?

Others are completely NEW to me.

That’s why I wrote them down.

They are now each a resource for me to look up, explore and find more in-depth information about anything that interests me…or that I think might help me (or those I care about…that includes YOU) with chronic pain.

I am not going to bore you with my 15 pages of notes (yeah, and I didn’t even start taking notes until about 15 minutes into the film…which is only about 100 or so minutes long)…but I will share some of the key things I picked up in it.

I encourage you to go WATCH it.  Get a copy (I watched it on Food Matters TV…which is a site that has about 1000 movies about health and nutrition related topics).

Negative GO!

Let the energy flow through you…let ny blocked or negatively charged emotions, trapped in your body GO!

Here you go:

The body is connected to the brain.  One expert shared his discovery that shows that there is a direct correlation between what is going on in the body (caused initially by an emotional experience) and how it appears on a brain scan as a dot with concentric circles around it  He interviewed people about their illnesses and life.  The bigger the conflict (emotional charge), the bigger the circles in the brain….

The film goes on to discuss how trapped emotiions in our body create diseases, illness, and pain.

Different issues are the result of specific types of trapped emotions.  For example:

kidney issues are trapped fear
liver issues are trapped anger
lung issues are trapped grief
knee troubles are trapped/lack of support
lower back pain/issues is from support or money worries
upper back, neck pain (issues) are from ‘having the weight of the world’ on your shoullders thoughts, feelings and beliefs…that lead to emotions

There is a whole list and breakdown of these in the Emotion Code book.  I bought it years ago, but found other modalities and almost forgot about it.  I would check it out, if I were you.  Especially if you have any specific localized pain issues.

“Answers are inside us…because the feelings are inside us.”

When emotions are stuffed down and not dealt with (leg go), they get trapped in our cells and body.  These trapped emotions create little hard ‘cages’ to form around the cells in the area they get stuck in.  Those impacted molecules and cells become the root cause of diseases and illness of all types.

For example:  If you focus on a headache, it will get worse!

“Drugs don’t cure anything, they just block the electric signal to the brain.  We have got to get to the SOURCE”

“90% of pain is due to trapped emotions.”

Western medicine is about supressing pain and symptoms, not curing anything.  (OUCH)

Let Your Cells Thrive

Cells react to thought…so Thrive.

It is important that we understand how to remove the negative energy (emotions) that has gotten trapped in our bodies.

The GREAT NEWS IS…it is entirely possible.  And not particularly hard to do.

Every problem in the body is a portal.  It is the key to the information about the emotion that has been trapped…let go of and release that emotion and boom, better!

The easiest way to remove these trapped emotions is by being open to feeling the emotion that got trapped in the first place.  Feeling our emotions, allows them to flow through us, and they don’t get trapped or stuck.  They just move on through, out into the universe where they get absorbed along with everyting else.

Be open and vulnerable to the emotions in your life.  Be open to feeling again.

We get rid of the ones from the past, by looking at our memories.

All trapped emotions are from past memories.  Here is the rub…they might not even be your experiences.  A baby in the womb can pick up the emotional energy form it’s parents or those in its environment even before it is born!  Yikes.  You may have emotions trapped in your body for decades that don’t even belong to you!

The Placebo effect proves that the mind can heal itsself.  There was a test done in which cancer patients were given ‘fake radiation’ and 1/3 of the group still lost their hair!

When we can clear our body of trapped motions we become the person we are intended to be.


One of the experts says to ask:

“If I weren’t afraid, I would _____________________”

Give thanks for whatever you want in your body…tells your body you already have it.

Other suggestions:  get out in the sun, consume foods that are orange and yellow, drink juice of one lemon a day for 10 days (I have not been brave enough to do this yet).

Muscle testing is the key way to find out what is going on in your body.

I use the looped finger method, but there are several .

Muscle testing is VERY POWERFUL because your body does not lie.

It taps directly into your body, bypassing the conscious mind and ego (which will lie) and goes straight to the source of the real information.

95% of our brain and functioning is done on the subconscious level.  We are aware of so little that is going on inside of us.

But. our bodies always know and will tell us, if we ask.

Get a book or Google how to muscle test yourself.

You can go to and expert or have someone teach you how to do it…

but you can also just learn how to do it yourself.

(muscle reflex testing)…DO IT.

I love you _____ much…

Dr Bradley Nelson uses this and the ‘what to do when you find out what emotion is messing you up exactly) in his book(s).

He has you use your hand (I do this because I have an internal cardiac device that is sensitive to magnets) or a magnet to ‘swipe’ from your forehead over the top of your head to the base of your neck…this clears the primary meridian in your body of the emotion (meridians are energy pathways in our bodies…thing chakras).

You verify with your body (muscle test again) that the emotion is cleared.  If it is great.

If it is not, do the meridian head swipe clearing step again.

It is crazy how easy thisis to do and how effective it is.

I used this particular strategy to clear my ‘heart wall’ and issues that led to my sudden cardiac arrest.

Very powerful…and I am still here!

Dowsing…which is new to me was shared in the film and has peaked my interest.  I will be checking it out in the near future.  It involves the movement of a physical object to take energy from one type and transform it into another type of energy.  Primarily negative (bad) energies (low frequencies) to positive (good) energies of high frequencies.

There is more about feeling and allowing our emotions (and stresses) to release…getting energy to be flowing through our body freely again…

Forgive For U

Forgive Them. ALl of Thems. The more of Thems you can forgive…THE LIGHTER YOU’LL Feel!

Here is how I do it…

I use it to release emotions in ME, not from an experience with another person.

Put your hand over you hear, think about what is not working (negative emotion, experience or memory) you want to release.

Say each of these 4 phrases (the order is important)

Please forgive me

I am sorry

I love you

Thank you

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTnCUpV42lY  Here is another version from You Tube…I liked the colorful heart.  She has a different variation.  (Repeat the phrases from your heart with feeling and meaning.  I’m sorry, Please Forgive me, Thank you, I love you  is the order she uses…This is a meditative version…again to forgive a person.  There are a lot of them.

As I have mentioned before…I am not a master at these…
I learn what I need to apply them to my life, then move on to something else I believe will help me.


“Take 100% responsibility for whatever shows up in your life.”

Doing this will not be easy, but it is so powerful…you will see huge transfromations in your life (and level of pain you experience).

Life is all about how you choose to reset…

Here is a way to deal with fear:

Hand on heart
Force attention to the NOW
Ask, what am I afraid of?

Focusing on the NOW refeals that the vast majority of what we are afraid of is carry over from the past or worry about the future…neither are anything we can do anything about.  The past is the past and GONE…the future has not come yet and probably will not in the way we are concerned about.

Here is another exercise for releasing:  It is called Walking from Reno (no idea why)

Think of a time of conflict or memory of a situation you are have not let go of
Place your hand on your heart and say “My heart is full of love and understanding.

If the troublesome event involved another person, repeat the phrase above, with the person’s name in it.  For example:  Mary, your heart is full of love and understanding.

Repeat these phrases and FEEEEEEL them until you notice a release of the negatvie energy that has been bottled up.



“When people go within and heal the emotions, the body heals itsself.Curesr almost all.”

“95% of the mind is sub-conscious”

Stop stress and start Being.

No one way to do this for everybody…we are all different and have to figure out what works for us.

Transforming ourself is the best way to transform the world.

“Be open to it and removes the work to do it…whatever it is for you.”  Neale Donald Walsh

Only your body can heal itsself!

Doctors can set bones, but the body has to heal the break!

Self care!

Science is the language to explain possibility.

Anyone CAN apply these principles…

“When you take your head off the pillow in the morning, you have every thing you need.”


So that is just my tip of the iceberg from this one movie (source) of information.

Answers and things to make you feel better are all around you.

The thing is…you have to be looking for them.

If you are not looking (not asking) you will not even see them.
