Today let’s continue our dive into Lynn Grabhorn’s work in “Excuse Me Your Life Is Waiting Playbook” about Tenet Nine: We acknowledge that well-being abounds.
Skipping ahead to Principle #4: Shut out Life Force, and you shut off health!
Shut off health and you let in pain…ouch!
“Illness exists for only one reason. Whoever is ill has been more negatively focused than positively focused during their lifetime.”
“Physical problems are the result of various degrees of negative energy flow that have built up over many years. Illness has nothing to do with someone being good or bad, rich or poor. It has only to do with negative energy.”
“Rich men and women whose negative focus is somewhere other than on lack (where most of the rest of us place our focus) will often die of excruciating illness from lifetimes of distrust or anger or misdirected power.”
Think Steve Jobs…
“Illness has nothing to do, with genetics, except when mixed with negative energy. In other words, just because every other generation in a family is due to contract a certain illness, does not mandate that it be so.”
“Finally, negative energy is the direct opposite of our true body energy. Like anything that lives, the body’s cells require being bathed in that high frequency Life Force energy to live. Squeeze that energy down to mere survival level, (it is never shut down completely), and the cells weaken and die, unable to reproduce without an abundant supply. Now the body can no longer sustain healthy physical life.”
“Is illness reversible? Yes, with iron-like focus on WANTS rather than the illness. Is illness, in all forms, preventable? Yes, if frequencies change rapidly. The bottom line is that negative energy is not in harmony with the human body. Feed the body that, or mostly that, and it can not possibly maintain a state of health. And remember, negative means anything from mild worry to guilt to unworthiness or any of a hundred other emotions stemming from fear.”
You can easily substitute “chronic pain” for ‘illness’ in the above paragraphs.
Now, this is a bit of a ‘hard pill to swallow’ because we are the ones who let the negative energy flow in us.
The rub is that most of us just do it automatically.
We are surrounded with so many negative messages of lack and fear…
from so many sources…
(take the news for example)
that is is almost a miracle to find someone who has not been
impacted by negative messages and energy.
I actually credit that change (reduction of negative messages and therefore negative energy) with some of the reduction in my dis-ease and chronic pain.
Here are a couple of things to think about…and journal.
I am a ‘write it down’ fan. I believe if my life is worth living…and it is…it is worth recording or making note of. Besides, it will give my kids some bonfire material after I take my final leave of the planet.
What happens the moment a doctor gives a diagnosis?
Why might a person who is currently healthy, but heavily into financial lack, be headed for illness?
Of the people you know who are severely ill (yes, chronic pain is the same as severely ill), how many would you say are sublimely happy individuals?
As long as someone is thinking ‘I’m going to fight this thing.” where is their focus, and what is likely to happen?
What does it mean “Don’t say No to the illness, instead say Yes to Life”?
That is it for today.
If you want some more insight and depth to these ideas, I invite you to read “Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting”!
This book stretched my belief system and thoughts…
and it can do the same for you.
Third: Power Thought Card
“My life works beautifully”
“Everything in my Life works now and forevermore.”
I am awesome.
I am awesome right now.
Why is it so easy for me to be awesome now?
Fifth: If This Is Your Life, Here Are The Rules Card:
“Demonstrate your ability to manifest reality.”
Nature Of Infinite Love & Gratitude Card:
“If I want to heal, it is essential for me to feel, I am safe in my heart, feeling relaxed.”
How can I see ‘this’ __________________ (you fill in the blank) in a positive way? Re-frame…
Seventh: Today’s Share Challenge
Share one negative situation (or challenge) you have overcome.
That’s it for today.
Chronic Pain may be a part of your life, but it does not have to be your life.
See You Tomorrow,
P.S. Don’t forget to share today!
There is so much we can learn from each other.
