Today…at least ONCE, you need to look in a mirror
Look yourself in the eyes…
Repeat, while looking yourself in the eyes…
I love you.
Over and over and over again for at least 30 seconds.
If you look away…add some more time.
If you start to cry…which I did the first time and still do
on occasion, you get bonus points.
Do this every single day for the next 30 days.
Do it while you brush your teeth (that’s what I do).
That way I do it at least twice a day.
Warning: If you are in public and start doing this…
People will think you are strange.
Third: Power Thought Card
“I Love My Body”
“I create peacefulness in my mind, and my body reflects this peacefulness as perfect health.”
I Unconditionally Love Myself!
I Unconditionally Love Myself, Right Now!
Why is it so easy for me to unconditionally love myself right now?
Fifth: If This Is Your Life, Here Are The Rules Card:
“The point of power is always in the PRESENT moment.”
“The past is over and done and has no power over me. I can begin to be free in this moment.Today’s thoughts create my future. I am in charge. I now take my own power back. I am safe and I am free.”
Nature Of Infinite Love & Gratitude Card:
“I already possess the ability to heal and thrive. It is my Divine nature.”
How can I show myself love (right now, today)?
Come up with at least 3 things…10 would be better.
I actually keep a list on my refrigerator.
Yup…people who come to my house can see it.
