I am having a bit of a difficult time disconnecting.

I have really gained a lot and let go of a lot of pain this past 30 days.

Ending this is a bit more difficult than I thought it would be.

I normally like to keep doing what is working for me.

How Easy Is It For You To ASK for Help?

Perhaps I am a Pain Hacker?  I see there are all sorts of hackers popping up all over the place these days.  When did hack…or hacker become a positive?

I imagine in the context of it being a short-cut to what you want.

Makes sense.

I rather be a Pain KILLER than a hacker.

I am not wanting to ‘dabble’ with pain at all.

I wanna KILL it and get it out of my life once and for all!

Now before you flip out and start lecturing me on why KILLING is bad…

chill.

I always mean it figuratively, not literally.

Our challenge today is an easy one.

I wanted to do a recap of what we have covered over the last 30 days, but there is a whole lot of info there.  Over 200 things we have touched on…

So, instead, let’s just touch base with our PAIN today.

Let’s use the same scale we used on Day 2…

What is your level of pain, right now?  On a scale of 0-100?

Where is it in your body?  Right now?

I would be very curious to know if it is the same or different than it was on day 2.

Either way, really hone in on it.

Now…send it love and light.

Think about the spot in your body that is currently sending the strongest pain signals to your brain.

Even if you have all-over pain, pick one spot to focus on.

Imagine a warm glowing ball of love and light in your left hand (or right…it is up to you)

Close your eyes or leave them open…whatever works for you.

I used to do this exercise on my walks to the ‘Dike’ when I needed a break from work.  I would practice sending balls of love and light to the people I walked by.  It was fun and they never knew what I was doing.  I did walk with my eyes open!

Now feel the warm, glowing ball of love and light in your hand.

What color is it?

How bright is it?

How big is it?

Enjoy the warmth of it for a bit.

When you are ready, feel yourself sending this warm ball of love and light…
to the place in your body that hurts the most.

Let the light and love ball sink into to the very space between the cells in your body.
Imagine the light going through your skin and bone and deep, deep, deep into the molecules and atoms that make up the painful part of your body.

Feel the light dissolving the pain…subatomic particle by subatomic particle.

I like to imagine a little Pacman (if you remember the game) gobbling up the pain particles.  Sometimes I see little battles between angels and devils (angels are healthy cells of love and light, the devils are the pain particles)…

Use your imagination.

The more vivid, fun, outrageous and senses-filled you make it…

the better it works.

Continue to play out the scene in your mind…as long as feels comfortable to you.

Sometimes I do this for 5 seconds, other times for several minutes.

My intention is to relieve pain in the area that is giving me the most pain, right now.

When you are ready, you can just ease out of the flowing of love/light to that part of your body.

How does it feel?

Repeat for the next most painful part of your body.

This is a cool easy to use strategy that can be used anywhere and anytime you want.

Use Thrive To Bridge The Gap…

Just from sharing and reviewing some of the things that have worked for me in the past…even some things I have not used for years.

I rearranged the Ho’oponopono phrases as a test this morning and on some things my old way felt better, but on others, the way they were ordered in the sample videos I shared (yup I watched about 6 of them yesterday…overkill, I know) and that felt better.

It seems like, for me, when I am dealing with a situation involving another person, or me letting myself off the hook for past thoughts/feelings/limiting beliefs…the “I am sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank you, I love you ” order works best.

For releasing negative energy and past blocks, the ‘Please Forgive Me, I’m sorry, I love you, Thanks you” order seems to be better.

I do not know why…just how my brain and body are wired.

Today I was going to share a hypnotic meditation, but it is quite long (several pages of tiny text) and my eyes are not feeling it…it is designed to be read in to a tape recorder (do you remember those) and played back in YOUR own voice.

It is actually the last worksheet in the book, #100  “Live This Day As If It Were Your Last. It Might Be!”

Today I want to share some notes and highlights from a documentary film I watched over the weekend.

It is called E*Motion 2.0.

I believe that this means there is a first version, and I have probably seen it, but don’t have a specific recollection or memory of it.

Might be just another one of those things that I have adopted and made my own…a part of my Being and ‘just how I operate’ these days.

I will admit that one of the reasons I enjoyed this movie so much (and took notes, lots of notes) is because I was thinking of YOU.

It reinforces many of the things I have been sharing (ah, that is why I like it so much…it thinks and believes like I do…and we all like things that agree with us).

So what are some of those key thoughts, ideas and things?

It you are like me, you are familiar with some of these folks.

Others are completely NEW to me.

That’s why I wrote them down.

They are now each a resource for me to look up, explore and find more in-depth information about anything that interests me…or that I think might help me (or those I care about…that includes YOU) with chronic pain.

I am not going to bore you with my 15 pages of notes (yeah, and I didn’t even start taking notes until about 15 minutes into the film…which is only about 100 or so minutes long)…but I will share some of the key things I picked up in it.

I encourage you to go WATCH it.  Get a copy (I watched it on Food Matters TV…which is a site that has about 1000 movies about health and nutrition related topics).

Negative GO!

Let the energy flow through you…let ny blocked or negatively charged emotions, trapped in your body GO!

Here you go:

The body is connected to the brain.  One expert shared his discovery that shows that there is a direct correlation between what is going on in the body (caused initially by an emotional experience) and how it appears on a brain scan as a dot with concentric circles around it  He interviewed people about their illnesses and life.  The bigger the conflict (emotional charge), the bigger the circles in the brain….

The film goes on to discuss how trapped emotiions in our body create diseases, illness, and pain.

Different issues are the result of specific types of trapped emotions.  For example:

kidney issues are trapped fear
liver issues are trapped anger
lung issues are trapped grief
knee troubles are trapped/lack of support
lower back pain/issues is from support or money worries
upper back, neck pain (issues) are from ‘having the weight of the world’ on your shoullders thoughts, feelings and beliefs…that lead to emotions

There is a whole list and breakdown of these in the Emotion Code book.  I bought it years ago, but found other modalities and almost forgot about it.  I would check it out, if I were you.  Especially if you have any specific localized pain issues.

“Answers are inside us…because the feelings are inside us.”

When emotions are stuffed down and not dealt with (leg go), they get trapped in our cells and body.  These trapped emotions create little hard ‘cages’ to form around the cells in the area they get stuck in.  Those impacted molecules and cells become the root cause of diseases and illness of all types.

For example:  If you focus on a headache, it will get worse!

“Drugs don’t cure anything, they just block the electric signal to the brain.  We have got to get to the SOURCE”

“90% of pain is due to trapped emotions.”

Western medicine is about supressing pain and symptoms, not curing anything.  (OUCH)

Let Your Cells Thrive

Cells react to thought…so Thrive.

It is important that we understand how to remove the negative energy (emotions) that has gotten trapped in our bodies.

The GREAT NEWS IS…it is entirely possible.  And not particularly hard to do.

Every problem in the body is a portal.  It is the key to the information about the emotion that has been trapped…let go of and release that emotion and boom, better!

The easiest way to remove these trapped emotions is by being open to feeling the emotion that got trapped in the first place.  Feeling our emotions, allows them to flow through us, and they don’t get trapped or stuck.  They just move on through, out into the universe where they get absorbed along with everyting else.

Be open and vulnerable to the emotions in your life.  Be open to feeling again.

We get rid of the ones from the past, by looking at our memories.

All trapped emotions are from past memories.  Here is the rub…they might not even be your experiences.  A baby in the womb can pick up the emotional energy form it’s parents or those in its environment even before it is born!  Yikes.  You may have emotions trapped in your body for decades that don’t even belong to you!

The Placebo effect proves that the mind can heal itsself.  There was a test done in which cancer patients were given ‘fake radiation’ and 1/3 of the group still lost their hair!

When we can clear our body of trapped motions we become the person we are intended to be.

One of the experts says to ask:

“If I weren’t afraid, I would _____________________”

Give thanks for whatever you want in your body…tells your body you already have it.

Other suggestions:  get out in the sun, consume foods that are orange and yellow, drink juice of one lemon a day for 10 days (I have not been brave enough to do this yet).

Muscle testing is the key way to find out what is going on in your body.

I use the looped finger method, but there are several .

Muscle testing is VERY POWERFUL because your body does not lie.

It taps directly into your body, bypassing the conscious mind and ego (which will lie) and goes straight to the source of the real information.

95% of our brain and functioning is done on the subconscious level.  We are aware of so little that is going on inside of us.

But. our bodies always know and will tell us, if we ask.

Get a book or Google how to muscle test yourself.

You can go to and expert or have someone teach you how to do it…

but you can also just learn how to do it yourself.

(muscle reflex testing)…DO IT.

I love you _____ much…

Dr Bradley Nelson uses this and the ‘what to do when you find out what emotion is messing you up exactly) in his book(s).

He has you use your hand (I do this because I have an internal cardiac device that is sensitive to magnets) or a magnet to ‘swipe’ from your forehead over the top of your head to the base of your neck…this clears the primary meridian in your body of the emotion (meridians are energy pathways in our bodies…thing chakras).

You verify with your body (muscle test again) that the emotion is cleared.  If it is great.

If it is not, do the meridian head swipe clearing step again.

It is crazy how easy thisis to do and how effective it is.

I used this particular strategy to clear my ‘heart wall’ and issues that led to my sudden cardiac arrest.

Very powerful…and I am still here!

Dowsing…which is new to me was shared in the film and has peaked my interest.  I will be checking it out in the near future.  It involves the movement of a physical object to take energy from one type and transform it into another type of energy.  Primarily negative (bad) energies (low frequencies) to positive (good) energies of high frequencies.

There is more about feeling and allowing our emotions (and stresses) to release…getting energy to be flowing through our body freely again…

I found it interesting that the movie said “no animals eat when they are sick”…just people.

The woman on this video does it to a person…and in a different order.  Watch a couple and do what works for you.

FEEEEEEL into the sentences.

Forgive For U

Forgive Them. ALl of Thems. The more of Thems you can forgive…THE LIGHTER YOU’LL Feel!

Here is how I do it…

I use it to release emotions in ME, not from an experience with another person.

Put your hand over you hear, think about what is not working (negative emotion, experience or memory) you want to release.

Say each of these 4 phrases (the order is important)

Please forgive me

I am sorry

I love you

Thank you

Dr Joe Vitale and probably hundreds of others teach and share this methodology.  For specific instructions, please look further into it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTnCUpV42lY  Here is another version from You Tube…I liked the colorful heart.  She has a different variation.  (Repeat the phrases from your heart with feeling and meaning.  I’m sorry, Please Forgive me, Thank you, I love you  is the order she uses…This is a meditative version…again to forgive a person.  There are a lot of them.

As I have mentioned before…I am not a master at these…
I learn what I need to apply them to my life, then move on to something else I believe will help me.

Doing this will not be easy, but it is so powerful…you will see huge transfromations in your life (and level of pain you experience).

Life is all about how you choose to reset…

Here is a way to deal with fear:

Breath
Hand on heart
Force attention to the NOW
Ask, what am I afraid of?

Focusing on the NOW refeals that the vast majority of what we are afraid of is carry over from the past or worry about the future…neither are anything we can do anything about.  The past is the past and GONE…the future has not come yet and probably will not in the way we are concerned about.

Here is another exercise for releasing:  It is called Walking from Reno (no idea why)

Think of a time of conflict or memory of a situation you are have not let go of
Place your hand on your heart and say “My heart is full of love and understanding.

If the troublesome event involved another person, repeat the phrase above, with the person’s name in it.  For example:  Mary, your heart is full of love and understanding.

Repeat these phrases and FEEEEEEL them until you notice a release of the negatvie energy that has been bottled up.

The thing is…you have to be looking for them.

Gentle Inner Smile Jump-Start

Just the act of smiling changes your vibrations, your brain waves, your metabolism, and your entire chemistry.

  1.  Put a loving smile on your face.  Let yourself glow with it.

Principle #5  Practice is essential

Without practice, nothing in our life will change.  High-frequency feelings are too foreign to us to expect that they’ll come with ease.  Trust me, they won’t!  But learn to get goofy with silly things to practice on and flow to, and you’ll soon be raising your frequencies in an instant, from closed valve to open, from red flags to green, from social-consciousness energy to The-God-You-Are energy.

Whether you’re Flip-Switching for a general rise in frequency or flowing out energy to a specific Want, the point is to get those frequencies up.  Just watch, the more you do this, the faster things in your life will fall into place:  new jobs will come, income will go up, relationships will mend (or do whatever you want them to do), and even health will turn around.  Mastering the art of energy flow is not a sometime thing..It takes practice, but the rewards are unimaginable.

The car is an excellent place for Turning On.  Do it with Flip-Switching until you can feel that buzz.  Hold the high frequency for as long as you can, then make it even bigger, more intense.  You may feel a whoosh in your stomach, like being on a roller coaster or it may feel like sexual energy or prickles in your head.  Turn on anywhere, everywhere, all day long.  Do it until you’re so familiar with that new physical feeling of higher energy, it becomes second nature to you.  Practice, practice, practice.  You have nothing to lose but unhappiness.

Goofy Ways to Flip-Switch

  1.  Talk to your car about how grateful you are that it runs, FEEEEL it!
  2. Send a flow of deep appreciation to the sun or some rain clouds.  (One minute of pure appreciation overrides years of negative flow.) 
  3. Flow feelings of deep awe toward any resident bug hanging around.
  4. Be in love as you walk out the door every morning.
  5. Feel wonder as you look at a leaf.
  6. Manufacture delight over something.
  7. Sing love songs to a tree, and mean every word of your songs.
  8. Flow profound reverence toward a hamburger.

Pretend that each of these has just happened–or is happening–to you.  Feel your fear/anger/frustration, etc., then decide how you’ll Flip-Switch out of it from a closed to an open valve, and do it!

Note:  I have added a couple…and this may feel like a negative energy and step backwards type activity.  But, the purpose is to PRACTICE and show you how easily Flip-Switch from negative to positive (or at least a much better feeling).

Learn to feel the vibration of happiness.

Ok, after that, I believe we need a little meditation.  Here is one from Lynn!

 

Changing Vibration (Meditation)

“Before you begin, please put a pen or pencil in your hand.  Ask those who walk with you for assistance in theis meditation and in experiencing the raised vibration.

Go inside, center, and feel your Self.  Now, take in a deep breath through your nose, put a warm smile on your face, hold your breath for a moment, then exhale slowly from your mouth while holding your warm, meaningful smile. Repeat this four more times, turning the warm outward smile into a gentle inner smile as you breathe.  Feel your gentleness as you radiate a glow of loving energy.  Keep it up, staying there until you can feel your body shift its vibrations, until you can feel that little buzz-so slight, so subtle, but there nonetheless.

Now, in your mind’s eye, find a bird in the sky and bombard it with gratitude for its beauty.  Feel it pour out from you.

Now find a telephone pole, and bombard it with appreciation.  Feel it pour out from your heart, your head, your whole body.

Now, find a tree, and flood it with a love so great, you could weep with your own joy.

Now, find a friend, and let flow from you such a high frequency of joy and love as you have never known to be possible.

Now find a mailbox on the street, take careful aim, and shoot it with appreciation, Feeeeel the joy of what you’re doing, as if that mailbox were about to award you Christhood. (For indeed, with practice, that is precisely what it will do!)

Now find yourself suddenly without funds, and feel your despair.  Force yourself to feel deep despondency, fear, gloom.  Hold that heavy feeling.  Intensify it, make it worse.  Now Flip-Switch in appreciation to the pen or pencil in your hand.  Flood that little piece of energy with more vibrations of pure appreciation than you ever thought possible.

And now, just sit there and buzz.  Feel good, and buzz.  Find the joy…pump it up….feel the tingling in your body….bigger….more buzzing.  Hold it as you come back, keeping it up for as long as you can.”

“When you finally understand that you can generate that which you have been desperately, looking for outside of yourself, you become the master of your life.”

 

This is such an amazing and helpful strategy to have in your pain handling toolbox!

Please do yourself a favor and DO it.

Try adding this to the other things you are currently doing to work on your chronic pain.

It is so easy…simple anyway.

You don’t need any special equipment.

You can do it anywhere and anytime.

I think of it like walking…but it is really more like breathing.

You wouldn’t stop breathing because you are in pain…so why not start finding anyway you possibly can to FEEEEEEL good.

Feeeeeeel happy.

Feeeeeeel amazing.

Because when you are feeeeeling these things, you are not simultaneously feeling chronic pain!
